Essential conversion skills

Installing a complete 12V leisure electrical system including battery, split charge relay, fuse box, USB sockets, and lighting. The foundation of every conversion.
Mounting solar panels on the van roof and wiring to an MPPT charge controller. Our standard kit is 180W with a Victron MPPT controller.
Heating, fridge, and seating
Installing Chinese diesel heaters and Autoterm units. Covers mounting, fuel line routing, exhaust installation, and electrical connections.
Fitting swivel bases to driver and passenger seats, allowing them to rotate to face the living area. Covers single and double seat swivels.
Installing a 12V compressor fridge (CRX50 or similar) into a campervan kitchen unit. Covers cabinetry modification, wiring, and ventilation requirements.
Gas safety and certification
Every module includes safety warnings and PPE requirements. Never skip safety steps, even if you've done the job many times before. If you're unsure about anything, ask a senior team member before proceeding. Gas installations MUST always be certified by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
